Some users may experience issues with their Nexon Game Manager having corrupt / missing files, or their antivirus or other security program may have mistakenly deleted a component.
Reinstalling the Nexon Game Manager may help resolve this issue.
For Windows XP: Edit
- Navigate to "C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\NexonUS" in Windows Explorer
For Windows 7 / Vista: Edit
- Navigate to "C:\ProgramData\NexonUS" in Windows Explorer
- Delete the NGM folder
- Re-Install NGM from this download:
